Accommodation near Warwick Technology Park

Warwick Technology Park is an office park on the southern edge of Warwick, near the A452 and about a mile south of the town centre. Its letting agents count 11 buildings on the park, with junctions 13 and 14 of the M40 about two miles away.

National Grid has had its UK headquarters on the park since November 2004. Phillips 66 and its petrol station brand JET have an office here and the lingerie company Bravissimo has its head office on the park; the agents also list IBM, Siemens and the Co-op among the occupiers.

Warwick's place between the M40 and the A46 has drawn company offices to the whole town. IBM, Wolseley UK and Volvo Group UK have bases on the Wedgnock Industrial Estate in the north of the town. Bridgestone, Calor Gas, Kantar and Delphi Automotive keep regional headquarters in Warwick too.

Two stations on the Chiltern Main Line serve the town. Warwick station, just north of the centre, has direct trains to Leamington Spa, London, Birmingham and Stratford-upon-Avon. Warwick Parkway, opened in 2000 on the western edge of the town, has frequent services to London and Birmingham.

Humber Hub is about 11 miles by road from the park, Stoke Lodge and Stoke House about 12 miles and Sullivan Heights about 13 miles. For staff on a secondment, auditors or a project team, a whole house in Coventry gives room to work in the evening, with Wi-Fi and a table to work at.
