Each house has three bedrooms with a king-size bed, a fourth with two singles and a sofa bed in the living room: room for nine guests a house and 18 across the pair, without anyone sharing a room they did not choose.

In each house the top-floor bedroom has its own shower room and there is a family bathroom with a bath, so the pair gives 18 people four bathrooms for the morning rush.

A fitted kitchen and a living room with a 55-inch Smart TV in each house, with French doors on to an enclosed garden. A big group can cook and unwind in two places instead of queueing for one.
