Four whole houses in Stoke, run for people who need somewhere proper to live in Coventry for a few nights, a few weeks or a few months.
What we do
Coventry Stays lets four serviced houses on the east side of Coventry. Humber Hub, in Lower Stoke, sleeps 10 with an en-suite for every bedroom. Stoke Lodge and Stoke House, next door to each other in Lower Stoke, are new-build houses sleeping nine each. Sullivan Heights, in Upper Stoke, sleeps six and has a private garden. All four are let as whole houses, so the people staying have the kitchen, the living room and the front door to themselves.
Who stays
Most guests are in Coventry for a reason: a contract, a project, a hospital placement, a move or a family visit. That is why the houses are set up for living rather than for a night away, with kitchens, washing machines, Wi-Fi and parking.
How a stay works
You book online with live prices and availability or send us your dates. Arrival details follow once the booking is confirmed and check-in is self check-in with a lockbox or a key safe from 4pm. The house is cleaned and the beds made up with fresh linen before you arrive. Check-out is by 10am.
Paying for a stay
Personal bookings are made online through the booking page, which shows the live price for your dates. Business stays start with a pro-forma invoice addressed to the company, paid in advance by bank transfer, followed by a receipted invoice.
House rules
No smoking inside, no parties or events and no pets. Quiet hours apply after 10pm so neighbours and other guests can rest.
