Living in Coventry for a few months
A long stay sits between a hotel and a rented flat. You get a whole furnished house with a kitchen, a living room and your own front door, without a tenancy, utility accounts or furniture to buy. The price covers the house, the bills, the council tax, the Wi-Fi and the parking.
Our four houses are all in Stoke, on the east side of Coventry. Humber Hub, in Lower Stoke, has four en-suite bedrooms and suits a team sharing for a project. Sullivan Heights, in Upper Stoke, has three bedrooms and a garden, which suits a family or a couple who want room to spread out. Stoke Lodge and Stoke House, new-build neighbours in Lower Stoke, have four bedrooms and two bathrooms each.
Stays run for up to twelve months and longer bookings come in at a lower nightly rate. Companies receive a pro-forma invoice with their PO reference, paid by bank transfer before the stay begins.
