About Stoneleigh Park and NAEC Stoneleigh

Stoneleigh Park is a business park and events venue south-west of the village of Stoneleigh in Warwickshire, home to the NAEC Stoneleigh conference and exhibition centre. Its 800 acres, 250 of them maintained, hold more than 70 businesses.

The land was once part of the Stoneleigh Abbey estate, created in 1154 when Henry II granted part of the Forest of Arden to Cistercian monks. It became a site of its own in 1963, when the Royal Agricultural Society of England settled its touring Royal Show here after 124 years on the road. It was known as the National Agricultural Centre until 2013.

The Royal Show ran here until 2009, ending a 170-year history, while the Town and Country Festival ran from 1973 to 2006. The National Farmers' Union moved its headquarters to the park in 2003. In December 2010 the society leased the park to LaSalle Investment Management for 150 years, reportedly for £50 million.

NAEC Stoneleigh has more than 21,000 square metres of indoor exhibition space, conference facilities for up to 12,000 people, a hotel on site and an off-road vehicle track. It hosts shows such as Race Retro and the International Jaguar Spares Day. HS2 is also being built through the north-east corner of the site.

Humber Hub is about 6 miles by road from Stoneleigh Park, Stoke Lodge and Stoke House about 7 miles and Sullivan Heights about 8 miles. For exhibitors building a stand, show crews and visitors staying for a long event, a whole house keeps the team under one roof.
