The land west of Attoxhall Road, in the east of Coventry, has full planning permission for 63 homes with access, parking and landscaping. The council's planning register records the application in July 2025 and the permission in 2026, with rg+p Ltd as the planning agent.

The work moved quickly to the next stage. Between March and May 2026 the register shows three more applications to approve details reserved by condition. In July 2026 the council approved the external materials and the private outdoor space for the homes.

A scheme of this size is often built by one contractor from groundworks to handover, with bricklayers, roofers, plumbers, electricians and decorators arriving in turn as the houses rise.

Site managers tend to stay for the whole build and specialist trades for a week or two at a time. A house booked by the week, with free parking and a full kitchen, fits both patterns better than a run of hotel nights.
