Warwick had an estimated 36,665 residents in 2021. Its suburbs run from Bridge End, Emscote and Woodloes Park to Packmores, The Cape, The Percy and Forbes, with new estates at Chase Meadow, built in the early 2010s next to the racecourse. The schools are a big draw. Warwick School, an independent boys' school, claims to be the oldest in England and was re-founded by Henry VIII in 1545; the King's High School for Girls is its partner. Myton School and Aylesford School are the state secondaries.

Warwick Gates, built in the late 1990s, mixes homes with a business park, while the Chase Meadow estate came with its own pub, a Chinese takeaway and a fish and chip shop. Warwick is joined to Leamington Spa and Whitnash in a built-up area of some 95,000 people.

While you look, Humber Hub is about 11 miles away. Every house is furnished with linen, towels, a kitchen and a washing machine. The bills and the council tax are paid.
