Relocation accommodation for a move to Kenilworth

Kenilworth is a sought-after town of castle ruins, parks and good schools. A whole house a few miles away gives a family a base while it finds the right street.

Relocation accommodation for Kenilworth

Kenilworth had 22,538 residents at the 2021 census, spread across suburbs such as Borrowell, Castle Green, Crackley, Ladyes Hill, Mill End, Park Hill, St Johns, Whitemoor and Windy Arbour. Kenilworth School and Sixth Form is the main secondary school, with several primary schools around the town.

It has more open space than most towns its size. Abbey Fields covers 68 acres of the Finham Brook valley, with a swimming pool, a lake, a play area and the ruins of the abbey; Kenilworth Common adds 30 acres of old common land and Parliament Piece is a 14-acre nature reserve.

The local councils are changing. Kenilworth has its own town council at Jubilee House on Smalley Place, but Warwick District and the county council are due to be replaced in 2028 by a new South Warwickshire unitary authority covering the Warwick and Stratford-on-Avon districts.

While you house-hunt, Humber Hub is about 8 miles away. Every house comes furnished with linen, towels, a kitchen and a washing machine, so school runs and work go on as normal. Stoke Lodge and Stoke House each have an enclosed garden and Sullivan Heights a private one.

Stays run for up to twelve months and can be extended if a purchase is delayed. If the new employer is covering the move, the pro-forma invoice goes in its name.
