North

Keresley's urban extension is the busiest housing site on the register. Nearby, the former Meggitt site on Holbrook Lane holds Persimmon's Whitmore Place and Chancerygate's Holbrook Business Park. L&Q Estates has permission at Wilsons Lane for 73 homes and 55,750 square metres of commercial space. The West Midlands Combined Authority expected Holbrook Business Park's second phase alone to bring 295 jobs.

West

Pickford Interchange is a 645,000 sq ft employment park under construction beside the A45 at Eastern Green. Spitfire Homes is building 182 homes off Cromwell Lane. On Westwood Way, Redford Developments proposes up to 100 homes on E.ON's former offices.

South and east

SEGRO Park Coventry offers up to 1.64 million sq ft of industrial space at Whitley South, by the A45 and A46. Kings Hill, south of Finham, is planned for up to 4,000 homes by 2050.

The city centre

City Centre South is rebuilding the south of the centre. Spon End has permission for around 750 homes and Abbotts Park is planned for up to 700 apartments.

Staying near the work

Our four homes are in Stoke, so SEGRO Park and Whitley are short runs. SEGRO Park is about 4 miles by road from the nearest house and Pickford Interchange about 6 miles.
